By using the Service at conlexi.cc, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Conlexi is an AI-assisted app that helps users build a personal vocabulary list, with definitions, pronunciations, and translations generated automatically for each word added.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Some features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the Merchant of Record. This means you're technically purchasing the product from us, but the payment transaction itself is legally made with Lemon Squeezy — your bank statement may show "Lemon Squeezy" as the merchant.

Subscriptions renew automatically for your selected billing period until canceled. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.

4. AI-generated content

Word definitions, translations, and related content are generated automatically by AI (NVIDIA models and DeepL). This content is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate — please verify with additional sources for important decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe on others' rights, or in ways that could harm the system (automated abuse, unauthorized access attempts, etc.).

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
