This Privacy Policy explains what information Conlexi ("we", "us") collects when you use the app at conlexi.cc ("the Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name and email address, provided at sign-up.
- Native language preference: the language you select for translations.
- Usage data: the words you add to your personal list and related metadata.
- Subscription information: your plan and its expiry date (payment card details are never stored by us — see section 3).
2. How we use your information
We use your information only to: manage your account, store and display your word list, generate word definitions and translations via AI, manage your subscription, and contact you when necessary.
3. Third-party services
To provide the Service, we rely on trusted third-party providers:
- Supabase — for account authentication and secure storage of your data.
- NVIDIA AI — the words you add are sent to NVIDIA's AI models to generate definitions, pronunciation, and related word data.
- DeepL (with a backup translation service) — used to translate words into your chosen language.
- Lemon Squeezy — securely processes payments. Your card details are handled directly by Lemon Squeezy and never touch our servers.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and handles data according to its own security standards.
4. Data retention
Your data is stored for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account deleted, contact us and we'll remove your associated data within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Just email us at infocirclesize@gmail.com.
6. Children's privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
